Welcome to Create4Wellbeing, an integrative wellness practice in Oakland, CA. Kathleen Miller is a behavioral scientist, therapeutic expressive art coach, educator, artist and the owner of Create4Wellbeing where she researches, designs, and offers integrative energy work that supports self-discovery and sustains ongoing well-being. Integrative energy work is a multi-sensorial process that combines contemporary psychology with therapeutic art, spirituality, somatic work and energy healing. Unlike traditional talk therapy, integrative energy work is indicative rather than interpretive. It’s intended to open us up to the creative field from which all expression and growth arise.

Kathleen's educational background includes a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, a BA in Behavioral Science (a cross-disciplinary degree in psychology, sociology, and anthropology with a focus on global wisdom traditions) and minor studies in art, Therapeutic Art Coach certification, Early Childhood Education certification, advanced certification in the Usui System of Natural Healing, Celtic Reiki Master certification and over 30 years of non-dual and direct awareness study and practice.

Raised by two artists, Kathleen has been making art her entire life. While she always knew she wanted to be an artist, she also felt a predilection for behavioral science and the study of wisdom traditions. In time she found that these vocations quite naturally complimented and enhanced each other. During her early years teaching in special education and preschool, then later in her work as an elementary school counselor and psychology intern, Kathleen saw first hand how art, psychology, and spiritual practices can be synthesized in ways that help people to self-regulate and sustain well-being both personally and collectively.

Kathleen offers individual sessions, classes, workshops, and webinars. Her webinars are offered through Stanford's Healthy Living Program and directly through Create4Wellbeing. Workshops and classes are hosted both online and at various in-person locations.
